I am very happy with my new fence! It is strong, looks amazing, and has already withstood a mother bear and her cubs multiple times. Garbriel, of Mosaic, was wonderful to work with. He had the best quote. He didn't go over budget. He included things he did not have to. He had a great attitude and he went above and beyond to ensure both I and my neighbors were happy! Definitely worth a five star review. My search for finding a company to install a new fence with pre-stained panels from "The Fence Shop" in Maple Ridge started in Facebook on the "Silver Valley Neighborhoods" page. I asked for recommendations and nearly every reply praised the workmanship and experience of Mosaic Landscaping. I called about 10 companies. Only 3 returned my call. Mosaic was the only company that did not try to force me to do work I did not need to do - namely to rebuild my retaining wall - which has nothing wrong with it. So I was happy that Gabriel was so accommodating and easy to work with. There was a delay between the old panels being removed and the new panels arriving (not Mosaic's fault) and Gabriel offered to put up plywood to ensure my neighbors dogs did not get out! He even followed up with me weeks afterwards to ensure I was still happy with his work. Class act is all I can say. Thanks Gabriel!
Gabriel and team did a complete remodel of our backyard. It was a swamp even during longer heat periods. They dug out the sod and soil, installed a drainage, new base, and top soil. Sowed new lawn, ripped out four patios and replaced the small main patio with a bigger, beautiful stone patio. The reduced the slope of the yard and it it so much more inviting now. Had Gabriel and his team out to redo the side stairs of our house and clean up a pathway around the side. He was the only person who actually spent time with us to discuss various options we could go with and his prices were fairly competitive. Gabriel is super responsive over text, keeping us apprised of when he would be around to get the job done and was always checking in to see if we were happy. He takes great pride in what he does and doesn't shy away from a challenge as we had seen with other contractors. I cannot recommend him more.
We are very pleased with Gabriel and his team! They are very knowledgeable enthusiastic and not afraid of hard work. Their attention to detail and creativity is appreciated. We are a multi unit townhouse complex with drainage and grading issues. We couldn't be more pleased with this completed project. Our patios are now sloped correctly and new slabs are installed.
